Message from our founder:

 

 

My name is Michael Picone and I am the founder of Intelligent Computer Systems LLC. I had one goal in mind, to build the best IT service company in our area. I have gleaned my over two decades of customer service and my many years of IT support and brought that into my business, so that my customers and clients can benefit from it. I have been running a local IT business since 2006, so we can handle any IT need in any field. With providing over a decade of IT service for our local area, I am proud to have been able to assist many clients with their IT needs, from a simple service call, to a network design/overhaul or server install. Know that our motto “The Smart Choice in Computer Service” is indeed just that. And know we will do your work for a very affordable cost in our field and make sure the work is done with you, the client, as #1 in our mind.

Bio:

 

Michael graduated from Golden State School in 1989 with a diploma in Computer Electronics. He then spanned an almost 14 year career in customer service via photocopier repair as a senior technician. After that he started employment in the career of his passion, working in IT for the Umatilla-Morrow ESD as the lead technician at the Milton-Freewater School District. He followed with working as a Network Technician for Gresham-Barlow School District at the school and district level. Now he has been running a local IT business since 2006 and continues to service technology in education in his business with our largest client: Meadow Glade Adventist Elementary School. He also is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has been servicing Apple Macintosh computers for many years and is our company expert on them.

 

On a personal note, Michael has played the guitar (at one time pursuing a music career full time in the 1980s) since 1984 and still enjoys playing his electric from time to time. He also is a SAAB car fanatic, with 4 SAABs currently in his family. He has been married for over 20 years and has 5 children and also enjoys spending time at the coast, his favorite place to be.
